● The machine sliding base for gear transmission, equipped with large size needle bearing, improve the bearing capacity of the sliding base; More stable operation, longer service life.
● Production line has fixed center height, no need to adjust again when changing specifications.
● Forming blocks are universal for different production lines; Quick unloading forming blocks design makes forming blocks loading and unloading convenient and fast; Unique cooling design in the forming blocks can push water flow fast inside forming blocks to realize fast cooling and shaping; The main drive is driven by two-speed motor, which can realize stable and accurate operation.
